Course Day 1 Cost: CHF 400 This course is aimed at people who have little or no experience with energy work but are curious to learn the art of self-healing. Day 1 Content: - Introduction to the tensor (single-hand rod) - Step-by-step practical exercises with the tensor (Testing, sensing energy, developing a feel for it, setting it in motion.) - Introduction to the different types of wood and their properties. - Open Q&A session Day 2 Cost: CHF 400 Introduction to healing with symbols. Day 2 Content - Introduction to the world of healing using special symbols - Treating and healing using water transfer - Stress test for food - Releasing energy blockages on the meridians - Practical exercises with the chessboard healing method - Scar removal - Open Q&A session Day 3 Cost: CHF 400 Healing with colors, numbers, and sounds You are familiar with the interpretation of the tensor and have already applied and practiced your own themes with the tensor, special symbols, and the question chessboard. You are now ready to delve more deeply into the following to immerse yourself in the healing methods listed. Day 3 Content: - Palm therapy for phobias - Checkerboard healing with colors and numbers - Healing with sounds - Healing with cosmic symbols - Practical exercises in all healing areas - Open question and answer session Prerequisites: A general openness, interest in learning, and a willingness to engage with something new and unknown. You will be surprised at what your own energy can set in motion. What to bring: You will need your own tensor. Tensors can either be ordered in advance from the Mesha online shop or purchased directly on the day of the course. Do you already have a tensor? You can bring it with you. The course will run with a minimum of three participants. You will receive a certificate at the end of the course. I look forward to numerous registrations.
